							Being on the younger side of the spectrum for those I think would need hearing aids, I was put off by my wife's insistence to get my hearing checked.  Too many "huhs?" and "sorry whats?" lead me to connect with Jennifer and book an appointment, honestly dreading the result.  Jennifer's first at-home visit was incredible. Within an hour she had completed her tests within our home environment, produced a solution and presented the next steps in moving ahead.  Her communication was highly professional and her approach to my situation was incredibly authentic and relevant.  Over the course of three months, she moved me through three different products.  Giving me the time to try, test and decide on them before they became permanent.  During that process, she was keenly receptive to my feedback, responsive and each time presented a better alternative.   In the end, my solution is a home run.  I have a higher quality of life which has led to better understanding in my relationship and has increased my effectiveness in my business.  I am amazed at her honest care and attention for her clientele.  It's truly genuine and rare. 							From start to finish Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic provided exceptional and timely service. Jennifer Abbott suggested hearing aids that were appropriate for my 101 year old mother. The attention to detail was outstanding as Jennifer included a clip and cord that attached the two hearing aids together which helps to prevent the aids from being lost if they fall out or the user takes them out. This is crucial in a care home. Proper instructions for inserting and removing were given and we wrote up instructions for the staff with photos. The Hear at Home support person, Emma was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this service for anyone with mobility issues.

There was no sales pressure and we later bought a set of hearing aids from Hear at Home.  The follow-up service was excellent, including 3 review visits to my mother's care home. My dad got his hearing aids from Jennifer over 10 years ago and my mom has had hers for the last couple of years.
