							I really really enjoy Karen Tyrell’s presentations. I used to work at Courtyard gardens in sales, and there were a few of the residents and potential residents with dementia. I knew nothing of it until I started attending & taking Karen’s presentations & training sessions. I do not have anyone in my life that has dementia but friends with parents that do. I may go back to work in a seniors residence so the more education the better! I would attend another webinar held at Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Center.

Both my husband and I are so pleased with the services we received [exceptional] from Hear at Home.  The quality of the hearing aids are excellent as is Jennifer's knowledge of her work. There was no sales pressure and we later bought a set of hearing aids from Hear at Home.  The follow-up service was excellent, including 3 review visits to my mother's care home. 							In recent years I realized that I had sustained a hearing loss. A profoundly hearing impaired friend suggested I contact Jennifer Abbott at Hear at Home. Jennifer was a delight to deal with. She came to my home , tested me, and gave me a number of options. At no time did I feel she was trying to "sell" me something; rather she was giving me information and leaving decisions up to me. She was patient and and able to answer all my questions. I did purchase hearing aids from Hear at Home and they have worked as she described. Her follow up care was excellent and she was prompt and  very careful to follow covid protocols. In sum my experience with Jennifer and Hear at Home exceeded my expectations and I would refer friends to her without hesitation.
