Our Adoption Plan is a unique program specifically designed for individuals who have purchased or inherited hearing aids from other sources but are struggling to get them precisely tailored to their hearing needs. We understand that each person’s hearing loss is unique and, as such, requires a personalized approach.

This plan provides you with access to our team’s professional expertise and continuous support. As a member of our Adoption Plan, you receive the same priority treatment as our existing clients. We prioritize your hearing health and work dedicatedly to maximize the performance of your hearing aids, no matter where they were acquired.

What’s Included in the Adoption Plan?

Our Adoption Plan is not a one-size-fits-all solution, but rather, a versatile package of benefits designed to meet varying needs.

Transfer of Care

$500 per/aid (billed annually)

In Office Appointment
BTE Retubing
Hearing Aid Cleaning and Preventive Check
Hearing Aid Reprogramming (includes Hearing Test)
Hearing Aid Supplies (batteries, domes, wax guards, etc.)
Loaner Hearing Aids**
In-House Repairs

Pay Per Service

In Office Appointment. $75 per 30 minute appointment.
BTE Retubing. $25 per aid.
Hearing Aid Cleaning and Preventive Check. $25 per visit.
Hearing Aid Reprogramming (includes Hearing Test). $300 per aid.
Hearing Aid Supplies (Batteries, Domes, Wax, Guards, etc.). $10 to $150.
Loaner Hearing Aids**. $275.
In-House Repairs. $50 to $300.

In addition, you’ll receive friendly guidance regarding the proper use of your hearing aids and any adaptations needed.

We go beyond just “selling” hearing aids; we work with you to achieve maximum performance from your devices.

					Thank you Jennifer for successfully ear wax removal. I had been dreading getting it done. The staff at the clinic were so friendly and accommodating. I was seen right on my appointment time. The clinic is well run and extremely clean. I have booked a follow up hearing test at the clinic.

					I was very pleased to get my hearing test then the hearing aids so quickly. I had a single old hearing aid and I needed two. I am in my 90's and my hearing is poor. The two new hearing aids a re a great improvement. My experience with Jennifer and with her office staff was wonderful. Professional and competent describe it well. I recommend her services to anyone with poor hearing.

					I was looking for a certified ear wax removal as I thought that was the cause of my hearing issues and I found Hear At Home. Jennifer did a ear exam and removed wax build up from ears. I can hear clearly again! She also did a hearing test and took the time to talk through my results. Jennifer and the team were helpful, and hospitable. Provided excellent service. I highly recommend them!

					I can't say enough about Jennifer and her team.  All very easy to speak with and the response is always timely - from setting up an initial consult, hearing test, moulds for ear piece/s and if necessary, taking another mould to ensure the best fit, followup with warranty issues.  In particular, all this can be done in-home which helps with meeting the needs of those who can't get to their location.

					Jennifer and the team were fantastic. I was greeted with such a kind energy, they offered me a bubly, and they offered kind and compassionate care for my ear wax extraction. I said casually ‘oh I wish I could see it’ and quickly Jennifer set up a camera so I could see inside my ear. Can’t recommend enough for kindness, professionalism, and able to hear perfectly again 🙂

					I just wanted to say that we (my sister Deb and I ) really enjoyed your and Karen's presentation and the information was very helpful. We are trying to support our Dad, who is 90 and looking after our Mom, who is 89 and struggling with dementia. We will follow through with the suggestions and share them with our Dad.

Hopefully, we'll see you both in person one day soon!
