A week after my mom arrived from Germany, one of her Signia hearing aid stopped working and left us scrambling trying to find any option to allow mom to take part in all the Christmas experiences. We were so lucky that our first call was to Jennifer at Hear @ Home.
Not only did she squeeze us into her super busy schedule the same day to check on the hearing aid, she also coordinated with the Signia rep to get it replaced under it's international warranty when it was clear that it was broken.
She went above and beyond when she invited us to come in one more time to offer my mom a loaner hearing aid for the holidays.
I am so grateful that Jennifer has been so thoughtful, proactive and kind and ensured that my mom would not miss out.
I will go for my own hearing test in the spring and will send everyone I know into her capable hands.

My family dealt with Jennifer Abbott at Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic for hearing aids for our 90 yr old mother. Jennifer was extremely patient and understanding in her interactions with our Mum. I was particularly pleased that Jennifer spoke directly to Mum, addressing all questions and responses to her and ensuring her total engagement in the process. When responses to tests were different, Jennifer spent the time for a retest to ensure accuracy and had new moulds prepared so that Mum got the best possible benefit from her new aids.
