Hear at Home provides exceptional mobile service that is both dependable and quick. My father's broken hearing aid was replaced in just over 1 week, and Jennifer visited his care home to ensure it fitted properly, tested his hearing and adjusted both hearing aids for optimal performance. She is very kind and caring with her clients, and took the time to explain every step of the procedures to my Dad when conducting the hearing tests and adjustments. We couldn't have found a better mobile hearing clinic and highly recommend Hear at Home!

Jennifer is caring, knowledgeable, professional and comes to your loved ones home to help them get custom hearing aides and provide services to help them hear and communicate better. She clearly explained to me and my Father that the part of his brain that listens and interprets words was becoming impaired since his ears could not hear the words properly. He, and his friends and family members, were so much happier when we could have a proper conversation with him instead of him just nodding and smiling and pretending to hear us. I would highly recommend Hear at Home to all seniors, especially ones who have trouble getting out of their home.

Both my husband and I are so pleased with the services we received [exceptional] from Hear at Home. The quality of the hearing aids are excellent as is Jennifer's knowledge of her work. She and all her staff are caring, helpful, friendly people and this attitude came across on our first contact with them: people first-always. And it's been consistent. Trying to make the right choice [like hearing aids] is often not easy but Hear at Home certainly made the experience a pleasant one. Thank you!

Jennifer & the Hear At Home staff are amazing. The kindness, warmth, sincerity and genuine concern for their clients and family is like I have never witnessed in a business. It is kind of hard to believe until you experience it. Read the other reviews and there is a consistent pattern in the accolades. They go above and beyond to do right for their clients and make it as easy as possible to handle what can sometimes be hard situations. Jennifer recently fitted my mum, who is 93, with new Hearing Aids. My mum resides in a Long Term Care Facility and Jennifer was able to to use her mobile equipment to get the perfect results. Position: Customer Care Representative

We are a leading hearing clinic, dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with hearing loss. We are currently seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Provide accurate information about our hearing services and products
  • Assist clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Collaborate with Hearing Aid Practitioners and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, striving for effective resolutions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathetic and patient-oriented approach when dealing with customers
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and appointment scheduling software
  • Prior experience in customer service or healthcare industry preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with audiology or hearing-related terminology is a plus

Job Title: Mobile Hearing Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Hearing Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality hearing services to our clients, travelling to various locations throughout the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide recommendations for appropriate treatment options.
  • Fit and program hearing aids and other assistive devices.
  • Provide follow-up care and adjustments as needed.
  • Educate clients and their families on hearing loss, communication strategies and assistive technology.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Hearing Aid Practitioner in good standing.
  • Strong knowledge of hearing disorders, hearing aids and other assistive devices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to various locations throughout the community.
