Hello Jennifer

Since last Wednesday, I have been putting my hearing aids in after coming out of the shower every single morning. You adjusted it and I have no more problem to understand people more than max. three, me included. Today we were six around the table and sometimes my husband, who was sitting beside me, talked to the host while I was chatting with the hostess and one of her friends to the same time. That never happened the last 3 or 4 years ever!

While driving in a pick up truck, very loud vehicle, I was able to talk to my husband without having to yell at each other! Also the drops are working like a charm. On Thursday, I needed it in both ears once. Today the first time again just later in the afternoon into my right ear. That’s it. It must have a kind of a healing property in that bottle… 😊

Garry asked me if I stay in Squamish just for the cleaning – my reply was, never again!

Thank you for helping me so much and I will see you in a few months for ear cleaning.

I received my new hearing aids this morning and I am so Happy! Having an in-home hearing test and getting fit with hearing aids while sitting in your dining room was so convenient. Many thanks to Jennifer who went above and beyond with her customer service! My mother was hospitalized after breaking her hip. She relied on her hearing aids to hear what doctors and physiotherapists were telling her. Unfortunately one of the hearing aids stopped working. I dropped the aid off at the Hear at Home office on a Friday afternoon. The following day Jennifer had fixed it and offered me to pick it up that evening at her home (I couldn't pick it up during office hours), otherwise we would have had to wait til Tuesday. Then on Sunday we were having difficulties getting that hearing aid to stay in her ear. Jennifer had me bring it back to her home Sunday evening to make some adjustments. Its very impressive that Jennifer went out of her way, on her days off, to help my mother in a time of need. Thank you so much, Jennifer, you rock!

Jennifer & the Hear At Home staff are amazing. The kindness, warmth, sincerity and genuine concern for their clients and family is like I have never witnessed in a business. It is kind of hard to believe until you experience it. Read the other reviews and there is a consistent pattern in the accolades. They go above and beyond to do right for their clients and make it as easy as possible to handle what can sometimes be hard situations. I completely trust them with my parents and can not recommend them enough to care for your loved ones.

My mom has hearing impairment that must have been there for a long time but got overlooked, she recently moved into a nursing home in Richmond. We were in the market looking for getting her ear properly tested and find a device that fits both her hearing needs and our budget. My mom has limited mobility so finding out Hear At Home Mobile clinic will come to her is absolutely thrilled. Jennifer responded promptly upon my initial inquiry and appointment was setup within a week. Jennifer is very friendly, patience and accommodating with my mom when testing her (mom doesn’t speaks any English). She explains in detail the test results, types of option available out there, and help us make an informed decision with her professional expertise and experience. Jennifer even goes to extra miles to provide alternative consultation via video call to walk me through the steps trouble shooting and resetting the device after we started using it for 2 months. I explained and showed her the device condition on the video call, she was able to give a diagnosis as well as guide me through the reset process. In just a few minutes the issue was resolved. It was just a technical glitch and a hard reset is all it takes for it to return to working mode again. Jennifer is certainly professional and resourceful. We have an exceptional positive experience with Hear At Home Mobile Hearing Clinic and Jennifer is amazing helping us during the entire course, we would highly recommend her service to anyone who needs hearing aids to be fitted with a caring professional.

Jennifer came to our home to test my mother's hearing, gave us a report and helped us assess our options. There was no sales pressure and we later bought a set of hearing aids from Hear at Home. The follow-up service was excellent, including 3 review visits to my mother's care home. It has made a big difference to our ability to communicate with my mom. Highly recommend Hear at Home.

I don’t usually write reviews for companies, but I just had to share my experience this time. Jennifer was attentive, efficient and professional. My grandmother lost her hearing aid at her nursing home. Jennifer understood the urgency and got it replaced as soon as possible, by rushing to the home as soon as she got the hearing aid mailed to her. Every step of the way, she took the time to communicate with my family as well as the nursing home staff. She would send me pictures and call me to keep me updated. She also made sure that we were completely satisfied with the product. Jennifer went above and beyond by helping my family manage a very stressful situation. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a hearing aid for themselves or a loved one.

Position: Customer Care Representative

We are a leading hearing clinic, dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with hearing loss. We are currently seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Provide accurate information about our hearing services and products
  • Assist clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Collaborate with Hearing Aid Practitioners and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, striving for effective resolutions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathetic and patient-oriented approach when dealing with customers
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and appointment scheduling software
  • Prior experience in customer service or healthcare industry preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with audiology or hearing-related terminology is a plus

We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Hearing Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality hearing services to our clients, travelling to various locations throughout the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Fit and program hearing aids and other assistive devices.
