Customer Care Coordinator
Emma was raised in North Vancouver and attended Handsworth Secondary. Currently majoring in elementary education at SFU in Burnaby, she volunteers in a local kindergarten class and aspires to work as an elementary school teacher following graduation.
As our customer care representative, Emma’s role allows her to showcase her friendly and helpful personality. Whether assisting clients on the phone, managing appointment admin, or greeting visitors to the clinic with a tasty hot beverage, she aims to ensure everyone has the best possible experience when they visit. Additionally, Emma assists the practitioners with any extra tasks as needed, putting her excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to good use.
Emma truly loves the Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic company culture and the positive work environment it creates. She also enjoys working with our clients and partaking in the process of restoring their hearing.
Noting her passion for great coffee, Emma can’t wait to treat each client to a fancy coffee when they visit the clinic. However, it’s the clients’ positive feedback that means the world to her. Emma strives to assist everyone with an empathetic and caring attitude, and when clients tell her how they appreciate her kindness, it really makes her day.
When Emma is not at work, she enjoys a busy social life with her friends. She also likes to try new restaurants and unique cafés. Having a deep interest in other cultures, Emma looks forward to travelling more and exploring farther afield.
