Both my husband and I are so pleased with the services we received [exceptional] from Hear at Home. The quality of the hearing aids are excellent as is Jennifer's knowledge of her work. Jennifer was very patient and lovely with my mother. As is the case for most older adults, they refuse to believe they need hearing aids. Jennifer was very adept at explaining not only the necessity but how it impacts other areas in her life. She came back twice to ensure the hearing aid fit properly and when my mom was still having some issues, she kindly switched her to another more comfortable style. I would strongly recommend Jennifer, she is very professional and compassionate with the older population.

Position: Customer Care Representative

We are a leading hearing clinic, dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with hearing loss. We are currently seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Provide accurate information about our hearing services and products
  • Assist clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Collaborate with Hearing Aid Practitioners and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, striving for effective resolutions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathetic and patient-oriented approach when dealing with customers
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and appointment scheduling software
  • Prior experience in customer service or healthcare industry preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with audiology or hearing-related terminology is a plus

Job Title: Mobile Hearing Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Hearing Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality hearing services to our clients, travelling to various locations throughout the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide recommendations for appropriate treatment options.
  • Fit and program hearing aids and other assistive devices.
  • Provide follow-up care and adjustments as needed.
  • Educate clients and their families on hearing loss, communication strategies and assistive technology.

  • Ability to work independently and travel to various locations throughout the community.
