Unreliable, expensive and dishonest place My mom tried their service and and her ear device has many problems and they can’t fix it after many visits she dumped it and went to another clinic and now she feels comfortable..

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit here. From the very first phone call to my in-person appointment, Maia was warm, helpful, and efficient — she immediately made me feel at ease. I had a great experience here for an ear wax check. The doctor was extremely honest and professional. After examining my ears, she showed me clear pictures and explained that I actually didn’t need any ear wax removal. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell anything or charge me for something unnecessary. She also gave me helpful tips on how to keep my ear drums healthy.

Everyone is friendly, caring, and trying their best. My visits for the past year have been positive. My hearing was tweaked today for more balanced hearing as my hearing had changed. I would not hesitate to recommend the whole staff to you.

My sister lost her hearing aid charger at the beginning of a long trip to Fiji, NZ and Australia. Hear at Home provided my mum with her third pair of hearing aids. The first two attempts were more than disappointing and the result was that they weren’t worn. I was introduced to Hear-At-Home nine years ago when Jennifer was assisting my father-in-law with his hearing needs. It was a great service for him. Recently I lost a hearing aid and decided to visit Hear-At-Home to obtain a replacement. It was a very good decision. I am very impressed with how thorough and professional all of the team is. The new hearing aids they recommended are a significant improvement over the previous ones. Holy has been following up to ensure any questions I have are quickly addressed. She was also very helpful with my insurance claim for the lost unit. I would definitely recommend Hear-At-Home to anyone requiring hearing assistance.

Was having some hearing loss in my right ear found Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic on Google booked an appointment and was able to get a spot in with them, they were very friendly and cleared out my Wax within 5 minutes and solved my problem thanks again! I highly recommend them for all your hearing needs.

Very friendly and experienced personnel. I brought my mother, 90 years old for wax cleaning two times. From the entrance door we are friendly greeted by receptionist Maia and right away we are offered either cappuccino, tea or water. Holy, hearing practitioner, was very careful working with my old mother, taking care about her ears, carefully cleaning with warm water. And what is the most important, after two sessions my mother’s ears are clear from wax, and she can hear again. Thank you

Jennifer looked after my mom’s hearing needs at Lynn Valley Care Centre. She was just amazing. Patient and always available. Right before my mom turned 100 years old Jennifer fitted my mom with top of the line hearing aids. Over the years Jennifer has made many visits to the care home to make sure everything was ok. We could call her anytime. Unfortunately my mom passed away in May of this year. However once again Jennifer came to our rescue. My husband had to be in long term care and Jennifer adapted this hearing aids to my husband. He is very happy. For people who are in long term care or have challenges this service is really very helpful. As far as I know they are the best.

Hearing at home, was referred to me by a friend who has been coming to see them for quite some time. I have mild hearing loss, but I was having a really hard time hearing in crowds. From the first in-home visit to my current hearing aids, the service has been exceptional. The people I’ve dealt with have been warm, caring and committed to helping me. Even just the unannounced phone calls to see how everything‘s going. It’s been a process, but I finally found a pair of hearing aids that I literally don’t even know I’m wearing and has greatly improved my ability to hear in large crowds. The technology of my product is stunning. The sound quality is so incredibly natural it’s like having a new set of ears. I can’t say enough good things about these folks and I will recommend them to everyone I encounter that needs help with their hearing.

Jennifer came to our place with her beautiful assistant Holy to help my mother who needed the service in the home. I had a couple of conversations with Jennifer regarding their services. My experience was that Jennifer prioritizes client needs and satisfaction above the bottom line. An overall good experience of a much needed service in the community for those who cannot visit a doctor’s office.

Hear at Home’s mobile hearing clinic is a wonderful service for seniors and anyone with mobility challenges. The first in-home visit included a thorough exam with the latest technology and a clear explanation. When an earwax issue needed a follow up visit, Jennifer personally returned with a specialized device from the clinic to resolve the issue. Following the visit, my hearing was substantially improved. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and really go the extra mile to provide care. I highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with Hear at Home. Jennifer is so professional and always thinking from the patient’s perspective. The hearing aids is for my Mom, who is 91 years old. The mobile service is perfectly for us. I appreciated all her suggestions and enjoyed every time she visited us. I can feel that she is full of love in her career. I had impacted ear wax from using ear plugs and riding motorcycles with ear plugs. I have a very minor case of tinnitus that I have habituated to but when it comes to ear cleaning I’ve never had a good experience at the GP or walk in clinic. After having my ear wax impacted I found hear at home and booked an appointment. Hear at home uses a curette method which is manual removal and also uses irrigation. This was the most gentle, understanding and positive experience I’ve ever had. I want to say a huge thank you to Holy Desta for being so patient and kind with me. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend her and Hear At Home. Once again, thank you for the professional and kind service, I will be coming back in the new year to have my ears looked at again. Thank you

I first met Jennifer 16 years ago, when I got my first set of hearing aids. As a working “young” professional, I didn’t want to use hearing aids. I was travelling and visiting in the North Vacouver area, with recently aquired hearing aids. The ear piece fitting (power dome) in the left ear was not staying in place. I called Hear at Home to see if they could help me out and Maia, in their shop, got me in right away, and outfitted me with a much more comfortable well fitting ear piece. They provided quick, pleasant and professional service. I would highly recommend Hear at Home to anyone needing hearing aids.

So happy with Hear-at-Hone! My mum was in need of some new hearing aids and, as she lives at Summerhill on Lonsdale, was happy to be patronizing a competitor on the corridor that was within walking distance. After describing her encounters with the variety of staff at that location I got her to come to HAH and she and I couldn’t be happier. Holly was amazing getting her tested, fitted and hearing better than ever. And she saved a considerable amount over the quoted price at her old place. Great, caring staff. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Jennifer and her team for approximately 4 or 5 years now. We got a hearing aid for my mom. My mom has had a few issues with the unit but mostly because she’s a bit klutzy with it and manages to break things. Anyway Jennifer has managed to come up with ways to either fix it under warranty or outright replace something with a spare part they have with no charge. The last time it happened I figured we would be into buying a new unit as I believe the warranty has expired now but she was able to come up with a spare part (replaced the charger because my mom broke the connection). She did this at no cost because she happened to have a spare one in her office. This is well beyond good customer service and I would not expect any business to meet this threshold. I know her and her staff work hard at customer service and appreciate working with them. This is actually the first time I have written a review for anything but felt it was worth to show my appreciation. Especially for this last time since I was out of the country and had to email Jennifer the problem and she was able to take care of it and look after my mom and get the part replaced and didn’t charge me either for the part nor her time. Again I don’t expect any business to do that and would not expect this in the future but that’s what happened. I would fully recommend her for anyone looking for hearing aid services.

I had an excellent experience at Hear at Home MB Hearing Clinic. I live overseas but was home for the holidays and Cindi was able to slot in an appointment time that worked! Holy took the appointment and thoroughly checked my ears including very detailed photos of the inside of both ears which she reviewed with me. I thought I needed wax removal before my appointment but after checking Holy said that was unnecessary but we discussed in detail the way my issue might be resolved. I was not charged for the wax removal and left the clinic with a new strategy to try. Excellent, non-rushed hearing advice!! 10 out of 10!!

Hear at Home is absolutely amazing! Jennifer came to my house, did hearing test for my mother. She is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and super friendly! My mom felt more calm and comfortable doing the test at home. Jennifer gave us few options of hearing aids. We picked one, which turned out to be perfect to my mom. We finally don’t have to shout out aloud any more. My mom is happy, so are all of our family members. Over a four week period, Holy Desta patiently facilitated our nearly ninety year old mother in finding her best hearing solution. Holy is a gentle, patient listener who clearly has superb knowledge of all the newest hearing technology and options. Our mother has not allowed her extremely exacting standards to slip with the years and Holy was able to fulfill her VERY high expectations. The reception staff are always warmly welcoming. Even our dog grew excited to visit as they offer a wonderful selection of canine treats too! Hear at Home is a lovely oasis – providing great product competence with a genuine, caring client focus.

I booked an appointment for my daughter and she was seen at their clinic in Delbrook plaza. There is a family history of hearing loss and as I am currently using hearing aids we wanted to make sure that her hearing was normal. She was seen by Holy Desta who did a full assessment and reassured my daughter that her results were normal. The appointment was provided in a timely manner and plans were made for regular follow up.
