I was travelling and visiting in the North Vacouver area, with recently aquired hearing aids. The ear piece fitting (power dome) in the left ear was not staying in place. I called Hear at Home to see if they could help me out and Maia, in their shop, got me in right away, and outfitted me with a much more comfortable well fitting ear piece. Over a four week period, Holy Desta patiently facilitated our nearly ninety year old mother in finding her best hearing solution. Holy is a gentle, patient listener who clearly has superb knowledge of all the newest hearing technology and options. Our mother has not allowed her extremely exacting standards to slip with the years and Holy was able to fulfill her VERY high expectations. The reception staff are always warmly welcoming. Even our dog grew excited to visit as they offer a wonderful selection of canine treats too! Hear at Home is a lovely oasis – providing great product competence with a genuine, caring client focus.

Great place. Very professional. My ears were very badly plugged and they spent the extra time needed to make my ears totally clean. Equipment is excellent and staff were friendly and well trained.

I had an excellent experience at Hear at Home MB Hearing Clinic. I live overseas but was home for the holidays and Cindi was able to slot in an appointment time that worked! Holy took the appointment and thoroughly checked my ears including very detailed photos of the inside of both ears which she reviewed with me. I thought I needed wax removal before my appointment but after checking Holy said that was unnecessary but we discussed in detail the way my issue might be resolved. I was not charged for the wax removal and left the clinic with a new strategy to try. Excellent, non-rushed hearing advice!! 10 out of 10!!

I booked an appointment for my daughter and she was seen at their clinic in Delbrook plaza. There is a family history of hearing loss and as I am currently using hearing aids we wanted to make sure that her hearing was normal. She was seen by Holy Desta who did a full assessment and reassured my daughter that her results were normal. The appointment was provided in a timely manner and plans were made for regular follow up. I would happily recommend this clinic in future.

I had impacted ear wax from using ear plugs and riding motorcycles with ear plugs. I have a very minor case of tinnitus that I have habituated to but when it comes to ear cleaning I’ve never had a good experience at the GP or walk in clinic. After having my ear wax impacted I found hear at home and booked an appointment. Hear at home uses a curette method which is manual removal and also uses irrigation. This was the most gentle, understanding and positive experience I’ve ever had. I want to say a huge thank you to Holy Desta for being so patient and kind with me. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend her and Hear At Home. Once again, thank you for the professional and kind service, I will be coming back in the new year to have my ears looked at again. Thank you

I had the pleasure to experience my practicum here, shadowing Jennifer Abbott Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner and owner of this beautiful centre. Jennifer and her staff made me feel as an integral part of her team fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere with her selection of experts. The on-site practitioner is a high level professional, and the administration staff ooze well rounded customer service! I give thanks to everyone for sharing with me their invaluable knowledge and skills, as well as the supportive environment and expert guidance which they give to everyone whom they come in contact with. Plenty of doggie treats for those walking by with their furry friends, lots of coffee tea and goodies for anyone who stops in. I highly recommend a visit to see what services they have to support your hearing health, and I also recommend the lovely walk by the brook just behind the plaza. Very friendly and experienced personnel. I brought my mother, 90 years old for wax cleaning two times. From the entrance door we are friendly greeted by receptionist Maia and right away we are offered either cappuccino, tea or water. Holy, hearing practitioner, was very careful working with my old mother, taking care about her ears, carefully cleaning with warm water. And what is the most important, after two sessions my mother’s ears are clear from wax, and she can hear again. Thank you

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of an appointment at Hear at Home. The clinic had NOT provided the hearing aids I was using — but they were not performing well. Instead of brushing me off (“you didn’t buy from us”), the staffer graciously invited me to come in so they could take a look at the aids. It turned out there was nothing more serious than an ear-wax buildup. Holy Desta did a thorough evaluation, cleaned the ear pieces, re-taught me me the basics of maintenance, and forwarded web links so I could refresh my memory. I was at the clinic about an hour — and all the staff members were pleasant, suportive, and professional. At the end of my session, they didn’t charge me a penny, and even brought me a delicious cappuccino! My conclusion: these folks operate well beyond reasonable expectations. I have zero reservations about this clinic.

Everyone is friendly, caring, and trying their best. My visits for the past year have been positive. My hearing was tweaked today for more balanced hearing as my hearing had changed. I would not hesitate to recommend the whole staff to you.

Was having some hearing loss in my right ear found Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic on Google booked an appointment and was able to get a spot in with them, they were very friendly and cleared out my Wax within 5 minutes and solved my problem thanks again! I was introduced to Hear-At-Home nine years ago when Jennifer was assisting my father-in-law with his hearing needs. It was a great service for him. Recently I lost a hearing aid and decided to visit Hear-At-Home to obtain a replacement. It was a very good decision. I am very impressed with how thorough and professional all of the team is. Jennifer looked after my mom’s hearing needs at Lynn Valley Care Centre. She was just amazing. Patient and always available. Right before my mom turned 100 years old Jennifer fitted my mom with top of the line hearing aids. Over the years Jennifer has made many visits to the care home to make sure everything was ok. We could call her anytime. Unfortunately my mom passed away in May of this year. However once again Jennifer came to our rescue. My husband had to be in long term care and Jennifer adapted this hearing aids to my husband. He is very happy. For people who are in long term care or have challenges this service is really very helpful. As far as I know they are the best.

Got mom’s hearing aids here. The staff have all been wonderful. Explained everything to my mom, were very patient, easy parking. When looking around for hearing aids for mom, I know cost*o prices are lower, but for my mom, who has mobility issues, it’s just way better to have a place closer to home, with parking within meters of the storefront, who can get her in the next day or possibly that same day if needed. Mom is very happy with her hearing aids. One of them got damaged & they got me in very fast & had a new one ready at no charge. Very happy we went with them. Now if I could only convince dad he should get them too..

I had a great experience here for an ear wax check. The doctor was extremely honest and professional. After examining my ears, she showed me clear pictures and explained that I actually didn’t need any ear wax removal. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell anything or charge me for something unnecessary. She also gave me helpful tips on how to keep my ear drums healthy.
