There is a family history of hearing loss and as I am currently using hearing aids we wanted to make sure that her hearing was normal. She was seen by Holy Desta who did a full assessment and reassured my daughter that her results were normal. The appointment was provided in a timely manner and plans were made for regular follow up. I would happily recommend this clinic in future.

Emma is lovely, she made me feel at ease at once. It was my first ear wax removal treatment, which I thought I should do since I wear hearing aids. Holy (pronounced as Holly), was just as accommodating and explained the treatment procedure. She is knowledgeable and as pleasant. To summarize, it was all worth it!!!
