During the appointment however, the technician discovered that his buildup was incredibly severe and she extended the appointment just so she could get as much done as possible – moving her lunch hour back to accommodate us and gave him a full hour. It was incredibly kind of her and she did a great job!

She took the time to learn about my family history, answer questions and explain the test results in detail. I’m so glad to have this service on the North Shore! Loved the chocolate.
