So let’s just say “third time lucky “🍀! Hear at Home provided excellent service before, during and after which is so refreshing! Jennifer is very knowledgeable (sharing helpful info above and beyond hearing aid technicalities) and professional and gives clear, concise instructions and feedback. A service like this is more than appreciated for those whom are not mobile and for the family caregiver. All communications, whether from Jennifer or customer service representatives is timely and courteous. I have already recommended Hear at Home and will be more than happy to spread the good news. So pleased that my mum spotted the brochure in the elevator of her residence! Thank you to the whole team !

I have been dealing with Jennifer and her team for approximately 4 or 5 years… read more now. We got a hearing aid for my mom. My mom has had a few issues with the unit but mostly because she’s a bit klutzy with it and manages to break things. Anyway Jennifer has managed to come up with ways to either fix it under warranty or outright replace something with a spare part they have with no charge. The last time it happened I figured we would be into buying a new unit as I believe the warranty has expired now but she was able to come up with a spare part (replaced the charger because my mom broke the connection). She did this at no cost because she happened to have a spare one in her office. This is well beyond good customer service and I would not expect any business to meet this threshold. I know her and her staff work hard at customer service and appreciate working with them. This is actually the first time I have written a review for anything but felt it was worth to show my appreciation. Especially for this last time since I was out of the country and had to email Jennifer the problem and she was able to take care of it and look after my mom and get the part replaced and didn’t charge me either for the part nor her time. Again I don’t expect any business to do that and would not expect this in the future but that’s what happened. I would fully recommend her for anyone looking for hearing aid services.

I had the pleasure to experience my practicum here, shadowing Jennifer Abbott Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner and owner of this beautiful centre. Jennifer and her staff made me feel as an integral part of her team fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere with her selection of experts. The on-site practitioner is a high level professional, and the administration staff ooze well rounded customer service! I give thanks to everyone for sharing with me their invaluable knowledge and skills, as well as the supportive environment and expert guidance which they give to everyone whom they come in contact with. Plenty of doggie treats for those walking by with their furry friends, lots of coffee tea and goodies for anyone who stops in. I highly recommend a visit to see what services they have to support your hearing health, and I also recommend the lovely walk by the brook just behind the plaza.
