I received my first hearing aids from Hear at Home in 2023 and have been back to the clinic for annual hearing assessments and occasional adjustments to the hearing aids. Each time I have dealt with Jen or the clinic staff I have been impressed by their competence and empathy. Everyone has been great – I could not recommend Hear At Home more highly.

There is a family history of hearing loss and as I am currently using hearing aids we wanted to make sure that her hearing was normal. She was seen by Holy Desta who did a full assessment and reassured my daughter that her results were normal. The appointment was provided in a timely manner and plans were made for regular follow up. I would happily recommend this clinic in future.
