Instead of brushing me off (“you didn’t buy from us”), the staffer graciously invited me to come in so they could take a look at the aids. It turned out there was nothing more serious than an ear-wax buildup. Holy Desta did a thorough evaluation, cleaned the ear pieces, re-taught me me the basics of maintenance, and forwarded web links so I could refresh my memory. I was at the clinic about an hour — and all the staff members were pleasant, suportive, and professional. At the end of my session, they didn’t charge me a penny, and even brought me a delicious cappuccino! My conclusion: these folks operate well beyond reasonable expectations. I have zero reservations about this clinic.

After describing her encounters with the variety of staff at that location I got her to come to HAH and she and I couldn’t be happier. Holly was amazing getting her tested, fitted and hearing better than ever. And she saved a considerable amount over the quoted price at her old place. Great, caring staff. Highly recommended.
