Hear at Home provided my mum with her third pair of hearing aids. The first… read more two attempts were more than disappointing and the result was that they weren’t worn. So let’s just say “third time lucky “🍀! Hear at Home provided excellent service before, during and after which is so refreshing! Jennifer is very knowledgeable (sharing helpful info above and beyond hearing aid technicalities) and professional and gives clear, concise instructions and feedback. A service like this is more than appreciated for those whom are not mobile and for the family caregiver. All communications, whether from Jennifer or customer service representatives is timely and courteous. I have already recommended Hear at Home and will be more than happy to spread the good news.
