Recently I lost a hearing aid and decided to visit Hear-At-Home to obtain a replacement. It was a very good decision. I am very impressed with how thorough and professional all of the team is. The new hearing aids they recommended are a significant improvement over the previous ones. Holy has been following up to ensure any questions I have are quickly addressed. She was also very helpful with my insurance claim for the lost unit. I would definitely recommend Hear-At-Home to anyone requiring hearing assistance.

I called Hear at Home to see if they could help me out and Maia, in their shop, got me in right away, and outfitted me with a much more comfortable well fitting ear piece. They provided quick, pleasant and professional service. I would highly recommend Hear at Home to anyone needing hearing aids.

My mom felt more calm and comfortable doing the test at home. Jennifer gave us few options of hearing aids. We picked one, which turned out to be perfect to my mom. We finally don’t have to shout out aloud any more. My mom is happy, so are all of our family members.
