From the first in-home visit to my current hearing aids, the service has been exceptional. The people I’ve dealt with have been warm, caring and committed to helping me. Even just the unannounced phone calls to see how everything‘s going. It’s been a process, but I finally found a pair of hearing aids that I literally don’t even know I’m wearing and has greatly improved my ability to hear in large crowds. The technology of my product is stunning. The sound quality is so incredibly natural it’s like having a new set of ears. I can’t say enough good things about these folks and I will recommend them to everyone I encounter that needs help with their hearing.

Right before my mom turned 100 years old Jennifer fitted my mom with top of the line hearing aids. Over the years Jennifer has made many visits to the care home to make sure everything was ok. We could call her anytime. Unfortunately my mom passed away in May of this year. However once again Jennifer came to our rescue. My husband had to be in long term care and Jennifer adapted this hearing aids to my husband. He is very happy. For people who are in long term care or have challenges this service is really very helpful. As far as I know they are the best.
