Instead of brushing me off (“you didn’t buy from us”), the staffer graciously invited me to come in so they could take a look at the aids. It turned out there was nothing more serious than an ear-wax buildup. Holy Desta did a thorough evaluation, cleaned the ear pieces, re-taught me me the basics of maintenance, and forwarded web links so I could refresh my memory. I was at the clinic about an hour — and all the staff members were pleasant, suportive, and professional. At the end of my session, they didn’t charge me a penny, and even brought me a delicious cappuccino! My conclusion: these folks operate well beyond reasonable expectations. I have zero reservations about this clinic.

I was in to Hear at Home last week – Jennifer was proactively presenting new technology that she knew would benefit my hearing loss. The assessment wasn’t rushed and advice to prepare the condition of Mom’s ears prior to doing a hearing test is much appreciated. We are confident that any further advice going forward will be in the best interest of Mom’s needs. Also, having Hear At Home come to Mom’s house and avoiding her having to venture out, which takes a lot of effort on her part, was really great!
