Join Jessica Chan, a local Speech Language Pathologist, who presented a workshop in our Clinic for Better Hearing and Speech Month on the topic of Speech Therapy for Adults and Seniors.
Jessica received her Master of Clinical Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western University in Ontario, and has years of practice in rehab and acute care hospitals. She specializes in working with adults who have had brain injuries resulting from, for example, strokes, car accidents, workplace injuries or brain tumours.
In addition, Jessica has a special interest in providing communication, executive functioning, and voice therapy to those looking to optimize their skills in these areas due to age or daily needs.
Money has been a taboo topic of conversation for years. Not talking about money has kept people from balancing their financial needs with other needs – like relationships, self-worth, employment, physical and emotional health.
Tracey’s presentation will be about how to improve your financial future by better understanding your personal money story. Your money story is your own personal narrative that impacts your financial behaviours through your feelings, experiences, thoughts, and beliefs about money.
