Nicola is one of the friendly voices and smiling faces that welcomes you to Hear at Home. She recently completed her Sociology degree at the University of Victoria and officially graduates this November. With years of experience in customer service, from restaurants and retail to working with children in summer camps and art programs, Nicola brings a natural talent for connection, patience, and communication.
What drew her to Hear at Home is the genuine care and community focus that defines the team. She loves creating a welcoming space where every client feels valued, supported, and comfortable. Whether she’s answering a call, greeting visitors, or lending a helping hand, Nicola strives to make each interaction warm and positive.
Outside of work, you’ll find her reading, hiking, exploring new workout classes, or spending time with friends and family. And while coffee fuels her mornings, she never says no to a calming cup of tea at night.
