From start to finish Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic provided exceptional and timely service. Jennifer Abbott suggested hearing aids that were appropriate for my 101 year old mother. The attention to detail was outstanding as Jennifer included a clip and cord that attached the two hearing aids together which helps to prevent the aids from being lost if they fall out or the user takes them out. This is crucial in a care home. Proper instructions for inserting and removing were given and we wrote up instructions for the staff with photos. The Hear at Home support person, Emma was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this service for anyone with mobility issues.

My mom has hearing impairment that must have been there for a long time but got overlooked, she recently moved into a nursing home in Richmond. We were in the market looking for getting her ear properly tested and find a device that fits both her hearing needs and our budget. My mom has limited mobility so finding out Hear At Home Mobile clinic will come to her is absolutely thrilled. Jennifer responded promptly upon my initial inquiry and appointment was setup within a week. Jennifer is very friendly, patience and accommodating with my mom when testing her (mom doesn’t speaks any English). She explains in detail the test results, types of option available out there, and help us make an informed decision with her professional expertise and experience. Jennifer even goes to extra miles to provide alternative consultation via video call to walk me through the steps trouble shooting and resetting the device after we started using it for 2 months. I explained and showed her the device condition on the video call, she was able to give a diagnosis as well as guide me through the reset process. In just a few minutes the issue was resolved. It was just a technical glitch and a hard reset is all it takes for it to return to working mode again. Jennifer is certainly professional and resourceful. We have an exceptional positive experience with Hear At Home Mobile Hearing Clinic and Jennifer is amazing helping us during the entire course, we would highly recommend her service to anyone who needs hearing aids to be fitted with a caring professional.

Hear at Home is a very professional, very calming, very helpful service that comes to you where you live and when you want. I had no idea how important to your brain your hearing is. Jen explained everything to me about the connection between hearing well and being well: mentally - better memory, better social connections, better attitude to living overall. And then , when it came time to try out the hearing aids, she was exceptional - it was like she knows what you're thinking and answers your concerns even before you ask!! Very calm, very gentle - her manner made me relax and feel reassured. I can't say enough about Jennifer and her team. All very easy to speak with and the response is always timely - from setting up an initial consult, hearing test, moulds for ear piece/s and if necessary, taking another mould to ensure the best fit, followup with warranty issues. In particular, all this can be done in-home which helps with meeting the needs of those who can't get to their location.

My father's broken hearing aid was replaced in just over 1 week, and Jennifer visited his care home to ensure it fitted properly, tested his hearing and adjusted both hearing aids for optimal performance. She is very kind and caring with her clients, and took the time to explain every step of the procedures to my Dad when conducting the hearing tests and adjustments. We couldn't have found a better mobile hearing clinic and highly recommend Hear at Home!
