Right before my mom turned 100 years old Jennifer fitted my mom with top of the line hearing aids. Over the years Jennifer has made many visits to the care home to make sure everything was ok. We could call her anytime. Unfortunately my mom passed away in May of this year. However once again Jennifer came to our rescue. My husband had to be in long term care and Jennifer adapted this hearing aids to my husband. He is very happy. For people who are in long term care or have challenges this service is really very helpful. As far as I know they are the best.

There was not enough time to order or purchase one for her to use but Hear at Home lent her one to use on her trip. The crisis was averted thanks to the kindness of the staff at Hear at Home. After describing her encounters with the variety of staff at that location I got her to come to HAH and she and I couldn’t be happier. Holly was amazing getting her tested, fitted and hearing better than ever. And she saved a considerable amount over the quoted price at her old place. Great, caring staff. Highly recommended.
