ABOUT HEAR AT HOME

Who We Are

Hear at Home is a locally owned mobile hearing clinic that started with one simple belief: hearing care should meet people where they are. Literally.

We travel into private homes, care communities, seniors residences, and workplaces across Greater Vancouver. We also have a cozy clinic space in North Vancouver for those who prefer coming to us.

We help people hear the world again with patience, kindness, and a personal touch that’s hard to find in healthcare today. We take time with people. We listen. We make sure they feel seen and supported.

We care about our clients, and we care about each other. That’s who we are.

We care about our clients, and we care about each other. That’s who we are.

MORE ABOUT US

Our Core Values

We’re a small but mighty team that believes in lifting each other up. No one is “just a staff member” here. Every person plays a real role in improving someone’s quality of life.

  • We laugh a lot.
  • We problem-solve together.
  • We show up for clients like we would for family.

And we’re not afraid to say we’re proud of that.

To help people reconnect with their lives, conversations, and relationships through better hearing.

Hearing care isn’t just a clinical service. It’s emotional. It’s social. It affects confidence, independence, and dignity.

We treat that responsibility with care.

We don’t need a long corporate list. Here’s what matters to us:

  • Compassion first. We slow down and take the time clients need.
  • Professional excellence. We keep learning, improving, and staying current.
  • Integrity. We do what’s right, even when no one’s watching.
  • Team before ego. We support each other, always.
