Even just the unannounced phone calls to see how everything‘s going. It’s been a process, but I finally found a pair of hearing aids that I literally don’t even know I’m wearing and has greatly improved my ability to hear in large crowds. The technology of my product is stunning. The sound quality is so incredibly natural it’s like having a new set of ears. Emma is lovely, she made me feel at ease at once. It was my first ear wax removal treatment, which I thought I should do since I wear hearing aids. Holy (pronounced as Holly), was just as accommodating and explained the treatment procedure. She is knowledgeable and as pleasant. To summarize, it was all worth it!!!
