So let’s just say “third time lucky “🍀! Hear at Home provided excellent service before, during and after which is so refreshing! Jennifer is very knowledgeable (sharing helpful info above and beyond hearing aid technicalities) and professional and gives clear, concise instructions and feedback. A service like this is more than appreciated for those whom are not mobile and for the family caregiver. All communications, whether from Jennifer or customer service representatives is timely and courteous. I have already recommended Hear at Home and will be more than happy to spread the good news. Right before my mom turned 100 years old Jennifer fitted my mom with top of the line hearing aids. Over the years Jennifer has made many visits to the care home to make sure everything was ok. We could call her anytime. Unfortunately my mom passed away in May of this year. However once again Jennifer came to our rescue. My husband had to be in long term care and Jennifer adapted this hearing aids to my husband. He is very happy. For people who are in long term care or have challenges this service is really very helpful. As far as I know they are the best.
